Katharine McPhee & David Foster Hilariously Joke About Their Prenup in New Video

Katharine McPhee and David Foster are getting ready for their upcoming concert tour and they hilariously joked about their prenup while rehearsing.

The 35-year-old singer posted a video to her Instagram account that showed them rehearsing a song.

“She’s making fun of my song,” David, 70, joked. Kat quipped back, “You’re using me for my talents.” David replied, “Totally.”

Kat later joked that David would have to keep the melody for the song intact, or she would “have to take five percent.” He jokingly replied, “You already got 50 percent so…”

After laughing with her husband, Kat said to the camera, “It’s called a prenup.” David then said, “Didn’t include theatrical releases though.”
