NikkieTutorials Opens Up in First Interview Since Coming Out as Transgender on 'Ellen' - Watch! (Video)

NikkieTutorials, otherwise known as Nikkie de Jager, is opening up about her coming out video.

The 25-year-old YouTube guru made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday (January 22).

During her appearance, Nikkie spoke about her coming out after being blackmailed, and the overwhelming amount of positive support she has received from her mom, her fiancé, and her fans.

She also explained that despite being blackmailed, she is thankful she can live authentically and hopefully inspire other transgender people to do the same.

Later on, Ellen surprised Nikkie with a $10,000 donation in her name to the Trevor Project, benefiting LGBTQ+ youth, courtesy of Shutterfly.
