Pamela Anderson & Jon Peters Split 12 Days After Their Wedding

Pamela Anderson surprised fans last week when her marriage to movie producer Jon Peters was announced… but now the couple has split.

The 52-year-old actress and the 74-year-old producer got married in a private ceremony in Malibu on January 20, though it seems they never actually filed their marriage certificate.

“I have been moved by the warm reception to Jon and my union,” Pamela told THR. “We would be very grateful for your support as we take some time apart to re-evaluate what we want from life and from one another. Life is a journey and love is a process. With that universal truth in mind, we have mutually decided to put off the formalization of our marriage certificate and put our faith in the process. Thank you for respecting our privacy.”

Pamela and Jon, who were both married four previous times, dated each other over 30 years and recently rekindled their relationship.

Jon most recently was one of the producers on the Oscar-winning film A Star Is Born.
