The 30-year-old Fifty Shades actress was spotted heading out after joining mom Melanie Griffith, former stepdad Antonio Banderas and sister Stella to celebrate Sara Foster‘s birthday at the San Vincente Bungalows on Wednesday night (February 5) in West Hollywood, Calif.
