In addition, fans are loving that Katherine‘s former Grey’s Anatomy co-star Ellen Pompeo commented on the photo. You can see what she wrote in response to Katherine‘s post in the gallery!

Katherine starred on Grey’s Anatomy for several seasons, but officially hasn’t appeared since 2010. Ellen is still starring on the show. In early seasons, Katherine and Ellen had numerous scenes together in their roles as Izzy and Meredith.
