Harrison Ford's 'Call of the Wild' Might Beat 'Sonic' at the Box Office This Weekend!

The new movie The Call of the Wild is surprising box office analysts as it possibly will gross more than all the other movies this weekend!

Harrison Ford stars in the animal/wilderness film, which was originally a 20th Century Fox film and is now being released by Disney. The movie earned $8 million on Friday to win the day and now it’s on track to earn around $26 million for the weekend, according to Deadline.

Sonic the Hedgehog was expected to win the weekend box office for the second week in a row, but it is currently estimated to earn $25.4 million. It’s still a tight race and things can change as we get closer to Monday.

The weekend’s other new release, Brahms: The Boy II, is going to earn about $6 million for the opening weekend.
