The Bachelorette's Chad Johnson Arrested for Domestic Violence

Chad Johnson, best known for being a contestant on both The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise, has been arrested for domestic violence and robbery following an incident this weekend involving his girlfriend Annalise Mishler.

Annalise posted to Instagram to say that Chad punched a hole in the wall of her apartment during an altercation on Sunday. She called the cops on Monday (February 24) because he was at her apartment again and he allegedly got physical with her.

TMZ reports that Annalise had “visible red marks on her face,” which was enough for them to arrest Chad. He’s being charged for robbery because he allegedly snatched Annalise‘s phone away when she was calling 911.

In an interview with TooFab on Monday, Chad said the he relapsed after being sober for two months.

“I had a little relapse…well I wouldn’t call it a little relapse,” he said. “Big relapse.”

“I’ve been so stressed man, just sitting in my car crying sometimes, just losing my mind,” Chad said. “And to top it all off, the one person I’m closest to doesn’t get me a lot of times. I just lost it…I don’t remember actually seeing her. I drank to the point where I didn’t even know I was with her. I just gotta take the Instagram Story’s word that I was there.”

“I screwed up 1000 percent,” Chad said. “You can’t take that kind of stuff back.”
