Star Wars' Joonas Suotamo Names Newborn Daughter After Chewbacca, His Character!

Joonas Suotamo, the actor who played the role of Chewbacca in the latest Star Wars trilogy, has welcomed a daughter into the world and he named her after his character!

The 33-year-old Finnish actor took to Twitter to announce that he and wife Milla Pohjasvaara are parents of a baby girl named Bacca.

“We have some exciting news: we were blessed to welcome the newest member of our family! Our little princess (or senator, or general, or whatever she wants to be!) was born this week and is doing great. Welcome to the world Princess Bacca!” Joonas wrote on his Twitter account.

Joonas also posted a photo of Bacca along with a longer statement.
