Coronavirus Shuts Down Netflix, FX & Apple+ TV Productions

The shutdowns because of coronavirus continue, with Netflix, FX and Apple+ TV following many others.

All of Apple’s TV series currently in production have been halted.

This includes The Morning Show (which was previously announced), See, Servant, For All Mankind, Lisey’s Story, Bad Robot, and Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet.

For Netflix, that means the upcoming season of Stranger Things has been halted.

The company has suspended all scripted TV and films in US and Canada for the next two weeks. The shutdown is done out of precaution and in compliance with bans on large gatherings, travel and other restrictions by authorities in the U.S. and abroad.

FX has stopped production, so far, on Atlanta, Fargo, Snowfall and Y: The Last Man.
