Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard Will Not Collect April Rent From Their Tenants

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are waiving their April 2020 rent for their tenants.

The 39-year-old actress and 45-year-old actor own Pringus Property LLC and collect rent for at least two residential buildings. TMZ is reporting that a manager at the company, who is reportedly Dax‘s sister, sent an email to all the tenants and told them the April 2020 would no longer be due as California is under a “stay at home” order. As a result, many are jobless and cannot work.

This is not the first good deed Kristen and Dax have done amid this scary time.
