Showtime's 'Billions' & 'Black Monday' Seasons Split Amid Production Shutdowns!

Showtime has made some changes to its schedule as a result of the current health crisis.

The network has announced that season two of Black Monday, which is currently airing, and season five of Billions will be interrupted mid-flow.

Black Monday will air through six episodes until April 12, at which point it will go on hiatus, returning with its last four episodes at an undetermined point later this year, Variety reports.

Likewise Billions is still on track to premiere their upcoming fifth season on May 3 and air seven episodes un-interrupted, before going off the air for an as yet undecided length of time.

In addition, Showtime has summoned up drama The Chi to help fill the void. The Chi‘s third season, originally scheduled to premiere July 5, has been moved up to June 21.

The entire season of Penny Dreadful: City Of Angels has been finished and will begin airing April 26 as scheduled.
