Governor Andrew Cuomo Takes Coronavirus Test Live on TV, Reveals Results

The Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo went on live TV during his daily Coronavirus press conference on Sunday (May 17) and took a COVID-19 test for everyone to see the process.

The 62-year-old politician decided to take the test in front of everyone to display how quick and easy it is to do.

As he was about to take the test, the test administrator, who was in full protective gear, told him to close his eyes as they may water. She then stuck the nasal swab fairly far into his nostril. It took mere seconds.

After taking the test, the clip went viral and many were praising him for doing it in front of everyone to show that it’s painless and easy.

On Monday (May 18), Governor Cuomo revealed he tested negative for the virus.

The Cuomo family has been greatly effected by Coronavirus.
