Khloe Kardashian is open to moving on from her Calabasas home!

The 35-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality TV star is willing to make the move and sell her home for nearly $19 million, TMZ reported on Tuesday (May 26).

“Khloe is willing to sell her massive property in the uber-exclusive gated community, The Oaks, for a cool $18,950,000…a 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom mansion that’s also been home to Justin Bieber and Eddie Murphy, who bought it for his ex, Nicole Murphy,” the outlet reported.

Khloe renovated the property, which you can look at in detail at TMZ.com.

It’s also where she settled down after divorcing from Lamar Odom back in 2013, and is very close to her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, as well as mother Kris Jenner.

“Khloe has not listed the house yet, but we know she’s willing to sell if she gets her price,” TMZ reported.
