Paul Walker's Manager Sues His Loan-Out Company Over Unpaid Commission

Matt Luber, who was the manager of late actor Paul Walker, is suing the star’s loan-out company, Vagrant Inc., over unpaid commission.

Walker passed away in a car crash in November 2013 and Luber said that he continued to receive his 5% commission on the actor’s earnings for another five years after that, but then the payments stopped after Vagrant came under new management.

Variety reports that the lawsuit states, “Plaintiffs are at a total loss as to why they are now being forced to litigate given the history of friendship and mutual success. Sadly, the new ‘leadership’ of Vagrant has decided to brush aside the representatives who cared most about Mr. Walker during his life, and dutifully looked out for his personal and professional interests, simply to shave a line item off their balance sheet.”

Back in April, Paul‘s daughter Meadow Walker shared a rare video of her father.
