'Shazam!' Writer Shares Un-Filmed Script Pages to Encourage Black Lives Matter Donations

The screenwriter for Shazam! is encouraging fans to donate to different Black Lives Matter organizations.

Henry Gayden has decided to start sharing un-filmed script pages from the movie in order to get fans to make more donations in the fight against racial injustice.

“A Feat of Strength for a Feat of Strength. For 7 days, I will post never-shot feats from Shazam and ask you to donate — any amount helps! — to the true heroes out there making change happen in real time,” Henry wrote on Twitter. He later revealed that his tweets have been approved by Warner Bros. and DC.

The two script pages shared so far follow Billy Batson (Asher Angel) and Freddy Freeman (Jack Dylan Grazer) as they test out the various superpowers of the titular hero (Zachary Levi).

As of right now, Shazam 2 is set to release in November 2022. Find out what Zachary recently said about the sequel.
