Alex Fine Demands Justice for Elijah McClain, Slams Aurora District Attorney as 'Devil Walking on Earth'

Alex Fine is angry, and wants something to be done.

The 27-year-old personal trainer, who is also married to singer Cassie, took to Instagram to share a video demanding justice for the Elijah McClain, a 23-year-old Black man, who was killed after an encounter police back in August 2019 in Aurora, Colorado.

Just recently, Aurora District Attorney Dave Young defended his decision to not file charges against the police officers, telling CNN, “I have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the action of those officers killed Elijah McClain…in my business, I can’t take that case to court if we don’t know those answers. It’s as simple as that.”

In his video, Alex went on to slam the D.A., who he has a past relationship with.

Alex revealed that four years, ago his mother was “beaten severely by her boyfriend at the time,” who happened to be a college football coach at the University of Colorado. The University, the NCAA and D.A. Young were able to turn five felony counts into one misdemeanor for the college coach. Alex alleged that D.A. Young also tried to run a smear campaign against his mother, who was a school counselor and Dean of Students.

“It was pretty heartbreaking. I didn’t know what to do back then. I still don’t know what to do right now,” Alex said before he started tearing in to D.A. Young.

“He is the devil walking on earth.You can take my word for that. Dave Young is the devil walking on earth,” Alex said. “F–k Dave Young. F–k Aurora PD. This needs to be handled by the people. We need to come together, think of a solution and get that man out.”

After major outcry from the public, Colorado Gov. Jared Polis decided to designate Attorney General Phil Weiser as a special prosecutor to investigate the Elijah‘s death.
