Ryan Reynolds posted a clip from his movie Buried, which came out in 2010, to promote the film on Hulu.

Well, his wife Blake Lively loved the clip he posted on his Instagram account and posted a flirty comment for her husband to see.

“I think this just got me pregnant,” joked the mom of three. Blake and Ryan have three daughters James, 5, and Inez, 3, and a third baby born this past fall.
