Zack Snyder Speaks Out About Joss Whedon Taking Over 'Justice League' & Revealed Joss Wasn't His Choice

Zack Snyder is opening up about how Joss Whedon was brought in by Warner Bros. Pictures to take over the director’s chair for Justice League.

At the time, the 54-year-old director had bowed out of the film because of a personal family tragedy. The film, as stated by many fans, wasn’t the same movie they were looking forward to after Joss took over.

During JusticeCon over the weekend, Zack revealed that Joss wasn’t his own pick to take over the movie either.

Instead, that decision was made by a committee, he shared via ScreenRant.

During the same panel, Zack also said that he would never use any of Joss‘ frames from the finished movie.

Instead, he says, he would “destroy the movie.”

“I would set it on fire before I use a single frame that I did not photograph. That is a f***ing hard fact…I would literally blow that f***ing thing up,” he added.

Recently, Joss has been under fire for his behavior on the set of the film, and Kevin Smith even shared a story about Joss slamming Zack‘s vision for the movie.
