David Dobrik Buys $9.5 Million Mansion in Los Angeles

David Dobrik just bought a massive new home.

The 24-year-old YouTuber and Dodgeball Thunderdome host purchased a $9.5 million mansion in Los Angeles, Variety reported.

The listing was reportedly originally for $12 million – so he got a deal! It’s also a big upgrade from the Mediterranean-style home in Studio City, bought for about $2.5 million in 2017.

The home has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and is 7,800 square feet, located in Sherman Oaks in the San Fernando Valley. It includes a walk-in, temperature-controlled wine closet, a gym, a movie theater, and a master suite with skyline views over the valley.

The property also includes a full outdoor kitchen with a BBQ center, a lounge area with a fire pit, an infinity pool and a spa.
