Ink Master's Daniel Silva Sentenced & Going to Jail For Corey La Barrie's Death

Daniel Silva has been sentenced in the death of Corey La Barrie.

Earlier this year, Daniel and the late Corey were involved in a car accident when they crashed into a tree while leaving a party in a suburb of Los Angeles with Corey being declared dead after being transported to the hospital.

Daniel had fled the scene, and after being arrested, entered a no contest plea with a 2nd-degree murder charge.

In court today (August 25), Daniel was sentenced to four years in prison, however, that’s not what he will be serving.

According to TMZ, the Ink Master star and tattoo artist will end up serving only 365 days in county jail with 216 days of credit.

Daniel is also getting 5 years of probation and 250 hours of community service for the fatal accident.

Mike Cavalluzzi, Daniel‘s attorney, shared that he believes the sentence is fair.

“It’s important to Daniel to work with Corey’s family to make sure the memory of his friend is never forgotten.”
