Queen Elizabeth Is Turning Her Country House Into a Drive-In Movie Theater - Movie List Revealed!

Queen Elizabeth is having some fun renovations done to her country home.

The 94-year-old monarch is hosting drive-in movies this month at her Sandringham estate in Norfolk, about 100 miles north of London, United Kingdom, People reported Friday (September 4).

Movie selections include: A Star Is Born, Rocketman, Bohemian Rhapsody, 1917, Toy Story and Moana.

Tickets are currently on sale now for about $40 per vehicle. There will also be more events this fall, including a meet-and-greet with their head gardener, and apple picking.

The Queen herself won’t be in attendance: she and her husband, Prince Philip, are currently staying at Balmoral Castle in Scotland, where they usually spend a few months each summer.

She would likely head back to Buckingham Palace beginning in October following her Scotland trip, but due to the pandemic, she’ll be returning to Windsor Castle.

It will also be the longest she has been away from the central seat of the monarchy during her 68-year-old reign, according to The Sunday Times.
