Emmys Fashion: Regina King's Red Carpet Looks Have Always Been So Chic!
Regina King is a three-time Emmy Award winner and she’s expected to win yet another award during tonight’s virtual show!
Since there won’t be a red carpet for the 2020 Emmy Awards, we decided to look back at all of the great fashion that she has worn in the past.
Regina made her first Emmys appearance in 2015 when she was nominated for the first season of American Crime. She took home the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or a Movie while wearing a Krikor Jabotian dress.
In 2016, Regina wore a red Elizabeth Kennedy dress and won again in the same category for the second season of American Crime. She was nominated a third time in 2017, but didn’t win. She wore a black, white, and gray Galia Lahav dress that year.
Regina won the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie for her work in Seven Seconds in 2018. She stunned in a neon yellow Christian Siriano dress.
Though she wasn’t nominated in 2019, Regina attended the event as a presenter and wore a blue Jason Wu Collection dress.
This year, Regina is nominated for her work in the HBO limited series Watchmen.
