Demi Lovato Found It ‘Very Hurtful’ That Max Ehrich’s ‘Intentions Weren’t Genuine,’ Source Says

A source is speaking out about how Demi Lovato is doing after her breakup from Max Ehrich and what she found hurtful at the end of their six month relationship.

“It was very hurtful to Demi when she realized that Max‘s intentions weren’t genuine,” a source told People. ”³Breaking off the engagement was not an easy decision.”

”³Demi and Max were basically together 24/7 for months,”³ another source added. ”³They lived in a bubble with zero stress and everything was just fun.”

”³Max shot up in fame, and it’s been hard,”³ they continued. ”³He got wrapped up in [Hollywood].”³

He was apparently ”³trying to further his career by using her name behind her back.”³

”³It was hard for Demi to admit she made a mistake when it came to Max,” but she is apparently “doing okay.”

If you missed it, Demi and Max ended their engagement last week and he actually claimed that he heard about the breakup through the tabloids and hadn’t spoken to Demi, despite sources saying that they did speak.
