'Real Housewives of New York City' Introduces First Black Castmate: Meet Eboni K. Williams!

Eboni K. Williams is joining the cast.

The 37-year-old former Fox News host is joining Real Housewives of New York City, making her the first Black castmate in the series’ 12 season history, the network confirmed on Thursday (October 8).

Andy Cohen confirmed that she will be joining the cast for Season 13, which recently started production.

“Welcome to #RNONY,” he said.

“NYC is filled with successful and dynamic Black women. I’m excited to join this legendary franchise as the first Black housewife. Can’t wait to share a slice of life in this city that hasn’t been seen before,” she said in a statement.

She will be the youngest cast member on the show, which will include Leah McSweeney, Ramona Singer, LuAnn de Lesseps, and Sonja Morgan.

She is a former host of the Fox News show Fox News Specialists, which ran from May to September 2017, and a North Carolina native who went to UNC and got her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She co-hosted a talk show on WABC Radio in NYC, and currently co-hosts “State of the Culture” on Diddy‘s REVOLT TV.

One founding Housewife recently reacted to speculation about returning to the series.
