Republican Maryland Governor Larry Hogan Writes in Ronald Reagan for 2020 Presidential Election

His vote came after “concluding that he could support neither President Trump nor Democratic nominee Joe Biden,” according to the news outlet.

“I know it’s simply symbolic. It’s not going to change the outcome in my state. But I thought it was important to just cast a vote that showed the kind of person I’d like to see in office,” he said of his vote via mail last week, and called the former president “my hero in politics.”

On October 22, he and Republican Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, who also isn’t voting for the president, will hold a virtual town hall for Republican Vermont Governor Phil Scott, who supported the Trump impeachment probe and has said Trump “abused his powers” and should not be in office, via the Washington Post.

Donald Trump recently retweeted an article from a satire website as fact.
