Geraldo Rivera Says President Trump Called & Said He'll Do 'The Right Thing' After Election Loss

Geraldo Rivera claims Donald Trump will “do the right thing.”

The 77-year-old journalist said on Twitter on Friday (November 13) that the President of the United States talked to him on the phone following his loss to Joe Biden in the U.S. presidential election, after which he refuses to concede.

“Just had heartfelt phone call w friend @realDonaldTrump who said he’s a ‘realist’ who’ll do the ‘right thing’ But he wants to see ‘what states do in terms of certifiction (etc)’ He sounded committed to fighting for every vote & if he loses, talking more about all he’s accomplished,” he said in a tweet.

Trump continues to allege voter fraud without evidence, and many of his advisers and allies, including over 100 Secret Service officers, are now testing positive for coronavirus or quarantining due to recent exposure amid his rallies and election events.
