Paris Hilton Says She & Britney Spears 'Invented the Selfie' with This Photo!

Paris Hilton is looking back on an iconic moment in pop culture history!

The 39-year-old DJ and businesswoman took to her Twitter on Friday (November 20) to share a throwback selfie with Britney Spears hanging out together at a party back in 2006.

“14 years ago, @britneyspears and I invented the selfie #LegendsOnly,” Paris captioned the pic with the 38-year-old pop singer.

Over the years, the two stopped hanging out as much, but they still see each other from time time to time.

Back in September, Paris shared an update on her friendship with Britney during an interview with Andy Cohen.

We’ve had dinners,” Paris shared. “I saw her in Malibu. I just love her so much.”
