Ellen DeGeneres Shares Health Update After Testing Positive for COVID-19 (Video)

Ellen DeGeneres is luckily doing okay after her testing positive for coronavirus.

The 62-year-old talk show host took to her Instagram on Wednesday (December 16) to share an update with fans, letting them know she feels “really good.”

“Hi everybody, just saying thank you to all the well wishes out there, I appreciate it very much. I’m feeling 100%, I feel really good,” Ellen said in a video shot at home by wife Portia de Rossi.

She also revealed the one symptom she’s been experiencing, which has not been widely reported about.

“One thing that they don’t tell you is you get, somehow, excruciating back pain,” Ellen revealed. “Didn’t know that was a symptom, but I talked to some other people — back pain. Who knew? How come?”

Ellen revealed that she tested positive for the virus last Thursday, December 10, and that she would be isolating at home until testing negative.
