'The Bachelorette' Spoilers: Tayshia's Final 2 Revealed After One Guy Eliminates Himself

SPOILER ALERT! Do not continue reading if you don’t want to know what happened on part one of The Bachelorette season finale!

We’ve already reached the end of Tayshia Adams‘ season of The Bachelorette and the final two men were revealed in part one of the finale.

During the episode, Tayshia went on her fantasy suite dates with her three remaining guys – Ivan, Zac, and Brendan. While two of the dates went really well and ended with them staying the night in the fantasy suite, one of the dates ended with the guy breaking up with her. Brendan decided to eliminate himself and go home after he realized that he’s not ready to get married again. He was previously married and he told Tayshia that he’s not healed from his past.

He said, “When I came here, I thought I was ready and I knew I was ready in my own mind and I expressed that to you. But [I came to] the realization that there’s a big part of me that’s still broken. There’s a big part of me that still needs time to heal. There’s a big part of me that still needs time to grow because I think there are pieces of myself I need to pick up. All I want to do is give you my whole heart, but as I sit here today, my heart isn’t whole. And it really breaks my heart because you deserve a man who is complete. You deserve a man who is healed from his past and unfortunately, I’m not that man.”

Tayshia understood what he was going through as she’s also been married before.

She told him, “Maybe a younger version of me would’ve been really pissed off at you, but at the same time, I know what you’ve gone through. We’ve both been married before. And as much as I would love to be with you at the end of all this, if you’re not ready, that’s not something I’m going to push you to do. I’ve already fought for someone to try and love me once. I’m not going to do it again.”

At the end of the night, Ben, who was eliminated last week, showed up again to tell Tayshia that he’s in love with her.
