Armie Hammer Issues an Apology for 'Miss Cayman' Post, Confirms That Private Instagram Account Is His

Armie Hammer is apologizing…but it’s not for the graphic content of his alleged leaked DMs.

Instead, Armie has released a statement about a post on his private, friends-only Instagram account that was leaked to the public amid his DM scandal.

In the video, Armie gives a tour of his hotel room in the Cayman Islands and there is a woman dressed in lingerie who is waiting for him on the bed. In the caption of the post, she was referred to as “Miss Cayman.” The Miss Cayman Islands pageant committee even responded to Armie’s alleged claim.

Now, Armie himself has issued a statement clarifying the nature of his post, while also confirming that that account is his private Instagram.

“I would like to clarify that the person in my video, which was stolen from my private Instagram, is not Miss Cayman,” Armie said to the Cayman Compass. “I am genuinely sorry for any confusion my foolish attempt at humor may have caused. My deep sympathies to Miss Cayman, who I don’t know, and to the entire organization, as I had no intentions of implying she was actually Miss Cayman.”

One of Armie‘s exes came forward recently to speak out about what he allegedly said to her about eating her ribs.
