Elizabeth Chambers Reportedly 'Horrified' Over Estranged Husband Armie Hammer's DMs Scandal

A source is opening up about how Armie Hammer‘s estranged wife Elizabeth Chambers is holding up amid his social media scandal.

The-34-year-old Call Me By Your Name actor came under fire earlier this month after multiple women shared messages sent to them allegedly by Armie where he details graphic and disturbing sexual fantasies, including wanting to drink a woman’s blood.

After the DMs went viral, Armie released a statement, slamming the “bulls–t allegations” and called “vicious and spurious online attacks against” his character.

A source has now told Us Weekly that Elizabeth, 38, is “horrified and shocked” about the situation surrounding her ex. “She’s living in a nightmare.”

Armie and Elizabeth announced they were separating back in July 2020 after 10 years of marriage. They share two kids – daughter Harper, 6, and son Ford, 4.

“[She] doesn’t even recognize the man she married anymore,” the source continued. “She wants to help Armie get help but can’t do it on her own.”

While Armie has denied the majority of the allegations against him, he did confirm this one story and released an apology.
