Matthew Perry Sells Malibu Beach House for $13 Million - Look Inside the Amazing Home!

Matthew Perry has sold his Malibu beach house!

The former Friends star listed the house for sale last summer for $14.95 million and the home just sold for $13.1 million, according to TMZ.

The 5,500 square-foot home is located right on a dry stretch of sand and features incredible views of the water. There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the two-story house.

Some of the cool features in the home include a professional screening room that seats eight to ten people on comfy sofas, floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a breathtaking view of the ocean, a floating staircase that connects the two floors, a living room that is large enough for a ping pong table, and a galley kitchen with top-end appliances.

The master suite spans the entire width of the house and each floor includes private balconies!
