Rege-Jean Page's Family Have An Emoji Warning System For His 'Bridgerton' Sex Scenes

Most of Rege-Jean Page‘s family are aptly warned about his upcoming sex scenes in Bridgerton.

The 31-year-old Netflix star revealed that his immediate family actually have a WhatsApp text that’s dedicated to the show and have a warning system of sorts to alert others of which scenes to fast forward through when his butt is on display.

“We’ve got a family WhatsApp group, so there’s a couple flashing red light emojis and there’s the odd peach emoji — certain people have threatened to rate my peach,” he joked about it on The Graham Norton Show this week.

However, some of his cousins were left off the group thread and weren’t exactly ready for the explicit scenes.

“A couple of cousins missed the memo,” Rege-Jean added. “So they’re watching the show and I got a very stern message in my Instagram DMs just going, ‘There really needs to be a cousin warning.’”

He also recalled one of his cousins telling him that he had “‘to make so many tactical cups of tea — I left the room to make my tactical cup of tea and came back and you were still going!’”
