H.E.R. Wore The Coolest Velvet Suit To The Grammys 2021

H.E.R. is looking good in a purple velvet suit while arriving at the 2021 Grammys at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Sunday (March 14).

The 23-year-old musician rocked at Dundas look for the musical event.

H.E.R. recently opened up about her song, “I Can’t Breathe”, which is up for Song of The Year, that was partially inspired by the tragic death of George Floyd.

“I didn’t really think, ‘I’m going to write a song about this,’ but I [started] catching up with my friend who I write with a lot,” she shared. “She’s like my big sister here, and we were just having a conversation about everything going on. Like, ‘Isn’t this crazy? What can we do?’ We’re saying all these things, and I had my guitar in my hands.”

H.E.R. adds that “the song kind of just happened. I started singing, ‘I can’t breathe, taking my life from me.’ And it all just came organically. It was easy to write because of everything that was flowing.”
