Chet Hanks' Ex Kiana Parker is Suing Him for $1 Million, Claims He Abused Her

Chet Hanks‘ ex-girlfriend is responding to his lawsuit against her.

Last month, the 30-year-old son of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson sued his ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker after an apparent physical altercation in January, where he accused her of “attacking” him with a knife, while also claiming that she stole money from him.

On Monday (April 12), Kiana filed a $1 million civil lawsuit against Chet, claiming he physically and verbally assaulted her during their relationship. The two started dating in March 2019.

During a press conference in Texas on Tuesday, Kiana‘s attorney said that Chet had shown “an ever-escalating pattern of domestic abuse” towards Kiana.

“This is about violence within the confines of a relationship between a man and a woman, a man who mentally and physically and psychologically battered, Kiana Parker,” attorney Kevin Murray said.

According to court document obtained by People, Kiana claims that back in October 2020, the two had an argument in their New Orleans hotel room, in which Chet allegedly “grabbed me by the wrist forcefully pulled me into him telling me we were going back to the [hotel] room.”

Kiana added that Chet “became aggressive and hostile about what transpired earlier” and “started harassing me verbally and forcefully shoving me.”

She went on to describe her attempts to leave the hotel room, but Chet stopped her by allegedly throwing a “bottle” at her, and that he “began to grab me and drag me away from the door.”

Then in December 2020 at their home in Sugar Land, Texas, Kiana claims that Chet threatened to shoot her. She said that her nine-year-old twin sons were also home at the time, and that she took them to her mother’s house to keep them safe. Kiana also said that she hid Chet‘s gun so he wouldn’t use it.

After Kiana filed the lawsuit, Chet‘s attorney released a statement, which was obtained by The Daily Beast.

“We consider the claims filed by Kiana Parker to be a shakedow,” lawyer Marty Singer said. “Her claims are completely false, fabricated and fictional.”

Chet‘s legal drama comes after he was dragged on Twitter for saying he wants a “white boy summer.”
