Armie Hammer's Alleged Explicit DMs Are Being Sold in an Interesting Way - Read the Messages

One of the women who allegedly received explicit messages from Armie Hammer is turning them into artwork.

Brooklyn-based artist and writer Julia Morrison has announced that she has turned the messages she allegedly received from Armie into two NFT pieces.

Julia told The Daily Beast that her conversations with Armie took place last year before his very public scandal. She’s titling the pieces, “Armie DM TMI NFT: Dibs on Ribs” and “Armie DM TMI NFT: Caligula Triptych.”

For those that don’t know, NFT stands for “non-fungible token,” and it allows buyers to purchase ownership of a digital good – usually an image, animation, song or video, in the form of a unique digital token living on a blockchain.

“I’m sick of people not believing women,” Julia said in the interview. “I would read all the comments and it’s so triggering to see people saying stuff on the internet, like, ‘F–k these women, we don’t believe them. They’re making it up. They’re doing it for this, they’re doing it for that.’ “When I saw the House of Effie girl’s press conference, I cried.”

She added, “I started looking into what the hell an NFT was and once I learned that it was a way to authenticate something, I said I want to make artwork out of my text messages with Armie Hammer. The NFT is the new notary. What I’ve done is, anyone who questions the authenticity of these exchanges, I have now created light boxes with them, and I minted them as NFTs in order to say that these things are authentic and real. It’s like a checkmate.”

One of the pieces shows the conversation that Armie had with Julia after she posted an Instagram Story about billionaires who got richer during the pandemic. In her post, she wrote, “eat the rich for real” and “nom nom nom.”

Armie reportedly replied, “Dibs on the glute muscles and ribs for smoking.”

The other alleged messages from Armie were about sex slaves.

In the second conversation, which was screencapped and shown in the Daily Beast article, Armie allegedly asked Julia if she would live in a cage.

“You don’t think or worry about anything except being a good little pet. My own personal little slave. In return you will be worshipped, fed, and f–ked,” he reportedly said.

Another alleged message said, “I have a fantasy about having someone prove their love and devotion and tying them up in a public place at night and making their body free use. And seeing if they will f–k strangers for me.”

Julia explained why she chose these specific conversations for her artwork. She said, “These are the two pieces that I chose because I want people to ask more questions. I just can’t get it out of my head. I posted about the greatest wealth transfer we’ve ever seen in the history of humankind, and here we have this rich dude sliding into my DMs trying to lure me in.”

Last month, some very serious allegations against Armie were reported.
