Reality Steve Responds to Demi Burnett After She Accuses Him of 'Sexual Advance'

Demi Burnett, a former Bachelor contestant who competed on Colton Underwood‘s season, is accusing Reality Steve, well known for his Bachelor Nation scoop, of an “unwanted and unprompted sexual advance.”

The Bachelor in Paradise star wrote about a “graphic sex dream” he allegedly once told her about.

It all started when Steve was called out by Bekah Martinez on her podcast alongside her co-host Jess Ambrose.

“What he’s done publicly that has been published on his website and his Twitter, etcetera,” she said, “are extremely problematic and show an extreme internalized bias towards just women as a whole that I think is really disturbing.”

Steve then responded to this and wrote a lengthy statement, which in short, included, “Wanted to address my past writings that were brought to light again today on a podcast. There is/was no excuse for them. I’m embarrassed I thought that way, I’m embarrassed I wrote it, and ever since, I’ve done whatever I could to change that line of thinking.”

Demi then responded to this tweet with her side of the story (and receipts).

He responded to Demi and told her, “I had no idea at the time that conversation made you feel that way. I am apologizing now knowing how uncomfortable I made you feel. I crossed boundaries I didn’t think at the time I was crossing. I did not know this until today. So for that, I hope you can accept my apology.”
