Youn Yuh-jung Says She Isn't Planning to Act Alongside Brad Pitt Anytime Soon - Here's Why

Youn Yuh-jung is sharing her thoughts on a future role alongside Brad Pitt!

The Minari actress made history on Sunday night (April 25) by becoming the first South Korean and Asian actress to win Best Supporting Actress.

Brad Pitt actually produced the film, but Youn says she’s not so sure she’d act in a movie with him anytime soon.

According to People, when Youn Yuh Jung was asked backstage about starring in a movie with Brad she replied, “No. That would never happen with my English and the age.”

“No, I don’t think so. So I don’t dream impossible dreams, so no, no answer,” she added.

Youn also discussed the moment Brad announced she had won the award, and how surprised she was!

“I saw him on the stage and then he called my name,” she recalled. “I could tell he practiced a lot, he didn’t mispronounce my name. Then that moment when I got there, I just lost ‘what I supposed to say,’ ‘should I begin’ or something.”
