Sam Heughan Rings in His '29th' Birthday With a Buff Gym Selfie
Sam Heughan is looking hot on his special day!
The Outlander star, who just turned 41 on Friday (April 30), posted a selfie to his Instagram from the gym on his birthday.

“Huge thank you to everyone who has sent me birthday wishes, feeling so loved! š,” he said, adding his crazy workout regimen, which included 41 repetitions of a variety of exercises, including pull-ups, squats and burpees.
“Not sure why 41 of everything, as Iām 29yrs old…:? Big love everyone!” he amusingly added.
