Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian bought mansions that are right next door to each other and now, the amount they both spent on the purchases has been revealed.

The side-by-side homes are in Hidden Hills, California, which, if you don’t know, is located in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley.

Online records indicate that both homes were sold on the exact same date – December 11, 2020 – with Kris‘ home purchased for $20 million and Khloe‘s new home purchased for $17 million. Both homes have a 26,000 combined square footage.

“Khloe is selling her house and moving into a bigger home,” a Khloe source told E! News a couple of months ago. “It’s a good opportunity for her to make a nice profit. She spent a lot of time remodeling, and it is beautiful and ready to sell. It makes sense for her to move on and move up right now.”
