Aly & AJ Hilariously Respond to Fan Asking How They Met

Aly & AJ just dropped their new album and they went on Reddit on Friday (May 7) to do an Ask Me Anything Q&A with their fans.

The singing duo’s fourth album is titled A Touch of the Beat Gets You Up on Your Feet Gets You Out and Then Into the Sun.

“This was the record we were born to make, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you all,” the sisters said while launching their AMA.

One fan asked Aly & AJ how they met and the sisters had a hilarious response to the question.

The fan asked, “How did you two meet and then decide to pursue music?” The duo responded by saying, “We’re sisters so we met at home.”

Aly & AJ have been recording music together for over 15 years. They released their first album back in 2005 and then renamed themselves 78violet in 2009, though they returned to their original name in 2015.
