Joel Edgerton Welcomes First Baby With Girlfriend Christine Centenera
Congratulations are in order for Joel Edgerton!
The 46-year-old actor revealed that he welcomed his first child with girlfriend Christine Centenera, who is the fashion director of Vogue Australia.

No other details about the newborn have been revealed, apart from the baby arriving just a few days ago.
Joel confirmed the news while chatting about his new miniseries, The Underground Railroad, with Oprah Winfrey.
“I just ran away from the hospital for a moment. I can’t even put it into words. I’m in love,” Joel shared about the birth of his first child.
Joel added that he was nervous he wouldn’t make it to the hospital on time because he was filming on another project in another Australia state.
“I was very nervous because I was working in Queensland and there are some border issues with Sydney and Queensland that pop up,” he shared. “I was getting very nervous that I’d get stuck.”
However, the crew of his new project made it possible.
“I was working with some wonderful people who said, ‘We will move heaven and earth to make sure you don’t miss something this important.’”
Joel and Christine never formally announced they were expecting. They had been spotted out together in Sydney and Christine was photographed with a very noticeable baby bump.
