Naomi Campbell Says She's 'Blessed & Grateful' While Celebrating First Birthday Since Becoming a Mom

Naomi Campbell has a lot to celebrate this year!

On Saturday (May 22), the supermodel took to her Instagram to mark her 51st birthday with a throwback baby photo of herself taken by her mom Valerie.

“BLESSED AND GRATEFUL,” Naomi wrote.

This marks the first birthday Naomi is celebrating as a new mom.

A few days earlier, Naomi took to her social media to announce that she had recently welcomed her first child, a baby girl, while sharing a super cute photo of her daughter.

After she announced the birth of her daughter, a source close to Naomi revealed that she’s been wanting to be a mom for years.

“She’s wanted a baby for a long time, more than 10 years,” the source shared with People. “And anyone who’s surprised Naomi is having a baby on her own, her own way, and on her own timetable doesn’t know Naomi Campbell. Hasn’t she redefined everything she’s ever touched?”

Naomi has yet to reveal the name of her baby girl.
