Jay Cutler Reportedly Wants Half of Kristin Cavallari's Uncommon James Brand in Divorce

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler‘s divorce has hit a road bump.

A source recently shared with TMZ that the 34-year-old reality star and the 38-year-old retired NFL player’s divorce has stalled as Jay is “fighting for half” of Kristin‘s Uncommon James brand.

Jay believes that he should get 50% of the company – which includes beauty, jewelry, home and childrenswear – because the company was launched while they were married.

Kristin and Jay married in 2013 and she launched Uncommon James in 2017.

According to the source, Kristin is fighting for full ownership, claiming that she started the company on her own without any money from Jay.

Jay filed for divorce from Kristin back in April 2020.

They appear to have a good relationship as they co-parent their three kids – sons Camden, 8, Jaxon, 7, and daughter Saylor, 5.

Earlier this month, Jay posted a sweet tribute to Kristin in honor of Mother’s Day.
