JoJo Siwa Is Trying To Get A Scene Pulled From Her New Movie - Here's Why

JoJo Siwa is trying her hardest to get one particular scene from her upcoming movie pulled.

During her interview with Entertainment Weekly, the 18-year-old actress and entertainer revealed that there is one scene she’s not looking forward to in the movie, which will be premiering on Nickelodeon in the future.

The movie is called Bounce, and currently filming in Vancouver, Canada.

An adaptation of Megan Shull‘s young adult novel, the flick will be directed by Susan Johnson and produced by Will Smith through his Westbrook Studios. It follows JoJo as Franny, who is granted a Christmas wish to trade her difficult family for another, triggering a Groundhog Day-like experience in other girls’ shoes.

However, there’s a kissing scene and that’s the scene she’s wanting to get pulled.

“I’m madly in love and I do not want to kiss another human,” she said, referencing girlfriend Kylie Prew. “Especially because it’s a man.”

JoJo added that she wants it pulled also because she thinks her fans will perceive it as JoJo Siwa kissing someone, not an actress doing her job: “That’s what they look at me as, not some character, not some fictional thing. And so it’s going to be a little weird.”

“I’m not about it. I’m trying to get it pulled so bad. It’ll happen. It’ll get pulled.”
