Kid Rock Doubles Down on Homophobic Slur on Twitter

Kid Rock is not backing down.

The 50-year-old musician tweeted a slur again while reacting to a video of himself using the slur at a Tennessee bar, which he decided to repeat on social media on Wednesday (June 10).

“If Kid Rock using the word f–t offends you, good chance you are one. Either way, I know he has a lot of love for his gay friends and I will have a talk with him. Have a nice day. -Bob Ritchie,” he wrote on Twitter, ending with his legal name.

The original video that went viral found the singer ranting to the crowd about recording with smartphones at FishLipz Bar & Grill.

He also “got married” last year, but it was apparently just a joke.
