Gisele Bundchen is wishing hubby Tom Brady a Happy Father’s Day!

The 40-year-old Brazilian supermodel took to Instagram on Sunday (June 20) to share a rare photo of the 43-year-old NFL quarterback with all three of his kids.

In the photo, Tom is riding horse with his and Gisele‘s two kids – son Benjamin, 11, and daughter Vivian, 8 – along with his son Jack, 13, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.
