'Days Of Our Lives' Recent Cast Changes as of April 2024: 2 Stars Joining, 1 Role Recast & 3 Stars From the '80s to Returning to Reprise Their Roles!

Days of Our Lives continues to experience big cast shakeups.

The enduring series, which first bowed all the way back in 1965, is currently one of the longest-running scripted television series in the world, airing almost every day since.

The soap chronicles of the lives, loves, trials and tribulations of the citizens of the fictional city of Salem.

And over the past few weeks and months, there have been some plot-shaking casting changes, including two new stars joining, one role being recast, and three stars from the ’80s reprising their iconic roles.

Sources are now speaking out about why Gypsy Rose Blanchard and her estranged husband Ryan Anderson reportedly broke up.

The pair got married in a jailhouse ceremony back in 2022. On March 29, 2024, three months after she was released from prison on parole, Gypsy confirmed that she and Ryan were separating. Gypsy was imprisoned for eight years for her role in the murder of her mom Dee Dee. She was released on parole in December.

Now, a source is sharing what allegedly went down in the three months they lived together after her release from prison.

The Tortured Poets Department is nearly here!

Swifties already know that when it comes to a Taylor Swift album, you’ve got to watch out for the fifth track on every album.

If you’re familiar with her discography, you might notice that on every Taylor Swift album, track five has a very specific meaning. It’s usually a particularly personal song, with some sort of vulnerable revelation involving Taylor‘s past, reflecting either a relationship or a particular emotion.

Fans began to notice the trend by 2012′s Red, with “All Too Well” taking the fifth track slot.

“I didn’t realize I was doing this, but as I was making albums, I guess I was just kind of putting a very vulnerable, personal, honest, emotional song as track five. So because you noticed this, I kind of started to put the songs that were really honest, emotional, vulnerable, and personal as track five,” she later explained during an Instagram Live.

West Side Story‘s Rachel Zegler and Heartstopper‘s Kit Connor are set to make their Broadway debuts in a new production of William Shakespeare’s Romeo+Juliet with original music by Jack Antonoff!

The production will be directed by Sam Gold, who shared, “With the presidential election coming up in November, I felt like making a show this fall that celebrates youth and hope, and unleashes the anger young people feel about the world they are inheriting.” The show will also feature movement by Tony Award winner Sonya Tayeh.
