I'm pretty sure at the age of 18 you can get married. At least in Canada you can. You can get married at the age of 16 in Canada with your parent's permission. I'm thinking tis similar in the States. I'm thinking she might be pregnant as well. They've only been dating a few months and at 18 you've got no idea what you want, especially after 6 months. I've only known one person who got married very young, 17 yrs old, and she was with the guy for about 4 years before they got married. Strangely, she WASN'T pregnant and they just really wanted to get married. She was 17 and he was 21. This was 7 years ago and as far as I know they are still married....so Chad and Kenzie MAY make it but my money's on her being pregnant and him trying to do something good for once. Right on for Sophia Bush to pitch him out on his ass.

No one is saying he can't fuck up his life but the least he could have done is picked someone not working on the set and also at least wait till the anullment is through before this whole engagement thing. I agree with most of the things you people have mentioned, I think it's quite rude for Chad to announce an engagement to another woman so soon after his marriage ended. And she is rather young- though I don't think it's right to be attacking her appearance or intelligence: like a lot of you mentioned, we don't know these people, their thoughts, or their feelings. I am a big CMM fan, and all this talk about what a scum bag he is isn't exactly fair to him: I know they say he cheated, that he's a horrible person, but he's an actor: what are we judging him for? I think he's a good actor, and it's that fact alone which should make or break his fans, not what he chooses to do in his personal life. Maybe their marriage will work, maybe they really love each other- it's really discouraging for the couple to have almost everyone laughing, bashing, and cursing their life together. Of course, Chad did sign up for the whole fame thing and I get that the bashing, gossip, rumours, and occasional attacks come with the territory. But again, we don't know Chad, Kenzie, or Sophia. All we know is what the tabloids tell us, and those aren't always reliable. Chad sounds like he's screwed up, but whether or not that's the case, I feel bad for him as everyone seems to be against him and rallying around Sophia while shunting him. I was surfing the internet this evening and have realized how many lonley people are out there.
