Los Angeles, CA :: Nicole Richie was spotted wearing a halter romper with belted waist jumpsuit this past Wednesday. She was accompanied by a female friend for a shopping spree on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. The pair made stops at Dior and Hermes.
